The location is superb. It is in the middle of la rambla. everything i needed was within a short walk. the staff were excellent. They were professional and friendly
The sound from rooms above and adjoining rooms was noisy. i could hear people walking in rooms and chairs being moved. people were talking and shouting. It was quite disruptive

the location was convenient. it was near main attractions, so exploring the area was simple. the staff was very friendly and helpful (i especially appreciated their local tips). public transport access was also convenient.
sound isolation from outside noise could be improved.

the room was a twin room with a balcony and a city view. beds were comfortable, and cleanliness was good. the room size suited our needs for sleeping.

The hotel has a rooftop terrace, a nice feature for enjoying the surroundings. i found the reception area secure. They lock the doors at 23:00 to ensure only guests enter. staff members are always ready to assist.

i found the staff very helpful and friendly. the location was ideal, close to transport, shops, and restaurants. our room was clean and included a nice balcony (i enjoyed the view).
there was slight noise from the street traffic, but it didn't bother me too much.
